At Bindufurniture, we are committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted mahogany furniture. We ensure every product is checked, polished, and packed with great care. If you face any issue with your order, please read the following Return, Replacement, and Warranty Policy.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product delivered is incorrect or mismatched

  • The product arrives with missing parts

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Return / Replacement

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must remain unused

  • Original packaging must be kept intact

  • Clear photos/videos must be provided as proof

  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, improper handling, or wrong installation will not be accepted

InsafMart reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or special-size orders

  • Products damaged due to personal misuse

  • Products exposed to water, dampness, or poor environment

  • Minor color or grain variations (natural mahogany wood variation)

  • Natural expansion, contraction, or texture differences

4. Replacement Procedure

Once your claim is submitted:

  1. Our team will verify the issue through photos/videos

  2. If approved, a replacement product or replacement parts will be arranged

  3. In some cases, a technician may visit to solve the issue

  4. Replacement time may vary depending on product type and stock availability

5. Return Pickup & Charges

  • If the issue is from our end (damage/defect/wrong item), pickup is free of charge

  • If the issue is from the customer’s end, delivery or return charges may apply

6. Refund Policy

We only provide refunds when a replacement is not possible.
Refunds will be processed via:

  • Mobile Banking (bKash / Nagad)

  • Bank Transfer

Refunds may take 3–7 business days after approval.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible

  • Custom-made furniture cannot be canceled once production has started

8. Warranty / Guarantee Policy

Bindufurniture  is made from 100% solid mahogany wood and crafted with manual hand varnish.
However, we do not provide any formal warranty or guarantee.

This is because wood is a natural material and may react differently based on environment, temperature, humidity, and usage.

Even though we do not offer warranty/guarantee:

  • We ensure high-quality construction and finishing

  • We always try to assist customers with reasonable support if any issue arises
